Sebaiknya Imunisasi di Puskesmas atau Rumah Sakit? Bagi yang membaca postingan ini saya anggap kalian pembaca yang sadar untuk memvaksin anaknya ya, jadi di sini saya nggak menerima perdebatan antara provaks vs antivaks.
Menjadi ibu baru membuat saya banyak belajar. Urusan per-bayi-an itu buanyaaak sekali, termasuk salah satunya (yang nggak boleh terlupakan) adalah urusan vaksinasi atau imunisasi. Kalau kita adalah ibu yang memilih untuk vaksinasi anak di rumah sakit (swasta) atau klinik dokter, agaknya kita nggak terlalu dibuat pusing dengan jadwal imunisasi karena di setiap kali konsultasi, pasti dokter akan mengingatkan jadwal imunisasi selanjutnya. Nah, kalau kita memilih untuk membawa anak kita vaksin di posyandu atau puskesmas (seperti saya nih misalnya), kita sendiri lah yang harus rajin memantau jadwal imunisasi dan mengingatkan diri sendiri kapan harus membawa anak untuk imunisasi.

Gratis vs Berbayar Imunisasi dasar wajib merupakan program pemerintah yang diberikan secara gratis untuk bayi dan balita melalui posyandu, puskesmas, bidan praktik, atau RS milik pemerintah. Andaikan ada biaya yang harus dibayarkan pun hanyalah biaya administrasi, besarannya beragam antara 2000-5000 rupiah (di posyandu atau di puskesmas). Karena vaksin-vaksin ini disubsidi oleh pemerintah agar bisa menjangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Lain lagi jika imunisasi dilakukan di rumah sakit (swasta). Biayanya jauh lebih mahal karena beberapa hal, salah satunya biaya operasional rumah sakit sudah pasti lebih mahal daripada di puskesmas.
Selain itu, ada biaya administrasi dan jasa dokter yang harus kita bayarkan di luar harga vaksin. Untuk harga vaksinnya sendiri pun mahal karena beberapa jenis vaksin biasanya impor, tidak disubsidi oleh pemerintah, dan satu kemasan vaksin hanya untuk satu dosis. Kelengkapan jenis vaksin Di puskesmas atau posyandu, pemerintah hanya menyediakan vaksin untuk imunisasi dasar wajib yaitu BCG, DPT, Polio, Hepatitis B, Hib, dan campak, serta yang terbaru tahun lalu adalah MR. Artinya, tidak semua vaksin tersedia selain vaksin dasar wajib itu. Di rumah sakit, jenis vaksin yang disediakan lebih lengkap dibandingkan dengan yang ada di puskesmas. Selain untuk imunisasi dasar wajib, tersedia juga vaksin tambahan yang dianjurkan oleh Satuan Petugas (Satgas) IDAI.
Kita sebagai konsumen juga bisa tentukan mau pakai vaksin yang mana, misalnya untuk DPT (difteri, pertussis, tetanus) kita bisa menggunakan vaksin lokal (merk Pentabio yang efek sampingnya bisa menimbulkan demam) atau vaksin impor (merk Pediacel yang relatif nggak menyebabkan demam). Makanya sering dengar kan ibu-ibu yang berdialog tentang “vaksinnya bikin demam nggak ya”?. Waktu Pemberian Imunisasi Biasanya di puskesmas dan posyandu ada jadwal vaksinasi tersendiri, misal seminggu sekali di hari tertentu. Jadi, di luar jadwal yang sudah ditentukan, kita nggak bisa tiba-tiba datang ke puskesmas untuk minta imunisasi anak kita ya, Mom. Hal ini disebabkan vaksin yang disediakan puskesmas satu kemasannya digunakan untuk banyak anak (a multi-dose vial).
Misalnya nih untuk vaksin Hepatitis B satu kemasan yang berisi 20 cc bisa digunakan untuk 10 anak. Oleh karena itu, puskesmas hanya melayani jadwal imunisasi di hari tertentu (biasanya seminggu sekali).
Jadi, petugas kesehatan di puskesmas hanya akan membuka kemasan vaksin sesuai jadwal imunisasi. Berbeda halnya dengan di rumah sakit atau pihak swasta yang mana kita bisa saja setiap saat datang untuk meminta vaksin asalkan stoknya tersedia.
Biasanya rumah sakit mengimpor vaksin dan satu kemasan vaksin hanya dipakai untuk satu anak ( a single-dose vial). Hal ini memang lebih praktis ya tapi dampaknya ada harga mahal yang harus kita keluarkan. Distributor Vaksin yang digunakan untuk program imunisasi pemerintah diproduksi secara lokal oleh PT Biofarma. PT Biofarma ini memproduksi dan memenuhi semua kebutuhan vaksin untuk pasar dalam negeri. Keaslian produknya terjamin sehingga kalian yang memvaksin anaknya di fasilitas kesehatan pemerintah nggak perlu ikut khawatir dengan adanya info terkait vaksin palsu yang beberapa waktu lalu sempat beredar.
Ingat kan issue tentang vaksin palsu? Vaksin yang terbukti dipalsukan adalah beberapa jenis vaksin impor, bukan vaksin produksi Biofarma. Nah, karena di rumah sakit sebagian vaksinnya impor, kita perlu cari tahu siapa distributornya dan apakah distributor tersebut terpercaya atau enggak. Jadwal IDAI vs Kemenkes Di Indonesia, ada dua macam jadwal imunisasi yang dipakai yaitu jadwal imunisasi IDAI dan jadwal imunisasi dari Kemenkes. Jadwal IDAI biasanya digunakan sebagai rujukan oleh dokter di rumah sakit atau klinik, sedangkan jadwal Kemenkes dipakai oleh fasilitas pemerintah seperti puskesmas/ posyandu.
Jadwal terbaru dari IDAI tahun 2017 tidak ada perbedaan dengan Kemenkes. Jadi nggak perlu bingung ya. Di tahun 2016 saat saya baru menjadi ibu, ada perbedaan jadwal antara IDAI dan Kemenkes yaitu untuk pemberian vaksin combo DPT-HB-HiB. Menurut IDAI (jadwal tahun 2014), vaksin combo diberikan di usia ke 2-4-6 sedangkan jadwal Kemenkes adalah di bulan ke 2-3-4. Sebagai ibu baru, waktu itu saya sempat bingung mau ikut jadwal yang mana.
Akhirnya saya pakai jadwal IDAI. Nanti seandainya ada perbedaan jadwal lagi, kalian jangan bingung ya.
Pakailah jadwal imunisasi terbaru yang direkomendasikan oleh Satgas Imunisasi IDAI karena jadwal tersebut dievaluasi secara periodik dengan mempertimbangkan perubahan perjalanan penyakit-penyakit tertentu, adanya vaksin-vaksin baru yang resmi beredar di Indonesia dan Negara tetangga, serta merujuk pada anjuran dari WHO. Naaah kalau ini jawabannya dikembalikan lagi ke kalian. Mungkin hal-hal di bawah ini bisa dijadikan pertimbangan:.
Secara prinsip, vaksin di puskesmas dan di rumah sakit KUALITASNYA SAMA SAJA. Jadi kalau hanya untuk imunisasi dasar wajib saja, akan lebih ekonomis kalau dilakukan di posyandu/puskesmas daripada di rumah sakit. Kecuali kalau biaya imunisasi dicover asuransi ya, nggak masalah kalau imunisasi di rumah sakit. Berhubung puskesmas/posyandu biasanya buka di hari kerja, hal ini agak menyulitkan orangtua yang bekerja. Biasanya orang tua (terutama yang bekerja) lebih memilih imunisasi anaknya di rumah sakit karena: a) biaya dicover oleh kantor, b) waktunya lebih fleksibel, c) bisa memilih jenis vaksin yang “cenderung tidak menyebabkan demam”, d) ingin sekaligus imunisasi tambahan (di luar imunisasi dasar wajib), e) fasilitas dan pelayanan Kalau saya pribadi memilih untuk memvaksinasi anak saya (Halwa) di fasilitas pemerintah seperti posyandu atau puskesmas. Kebetulan jam kerja saya fleksibel jadi saya masih bisa antar anak untuk imunisasi.
Kalau kualitas dan kandungan vaksinnya sama antara yang di puskesmas dengan yang ada di rumah sakit, tentunya saya pilih yang lebih ekonomis donk. Ini saya bicara vaksin dasar wajib ya maksudnya. Nah, baru deh kalau mau menambah jenis vaksin lainnya bisa dilakukan di rumah sakit. Alternatif lain untuk imunisasi dengan biaya yang relatif lebih rendah dibanding rumah sakit, kalian bisa datang ke klinik dokter seperti rumah vaksin atau markas sehat. By the way, kalian nggak perlu khawatir untuk imunisasi anak di puskesmas karena Ibu Menkes sudah mengatakan kalau vaksin buatan Biofarma sama bagusnya dengan vaksin impor dari segi kualitas dan kecukupan jumlah.
Selain itu, prosedur dalam menyimpan, mengangkut, dan pendistribusian vaksin di puskesmas diawasi oleh negara. Jadi, nggak ada salahnya kalau kita ikut mendukung program pemerintah ini. Tau kan caranya vaksin anak di puskesmas? Kalau dulu sih saya bingung hehe.
Sedikit tips bagi yang mau bawa anaknya imunisasi di puskesmas:. Kita cari tahu dulu jadwal imunisasi di puskesmas terdekat. Cermati tabel jadwal imunisasi sesuai usia anak.
Datang ke puskesmas saat jam pelayanan. Jam pelayanan ini berbeda-beda di setiap puskesmas, akan lebih baik kalau datangnya sekitar jam 10-11 siang. Kalau kepagian takut rame dan antri, kalau kesiangan takut keburu tutup. Pilih jam yang sedang-sedang saja. Registrasi di loket dengan membayar biaya administrasi (kurang dari 10.000 biasanya sih untuk registrasi awal dan seterusnya). Pengalaman saya cuma bayar 3000 rupiah saja.
Datang ke ruang KIA (Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak). Di sinilah bu bidan/ dokter siap untuk melayani imunisasi. Pastikan anak sudah makan/kenyang sebelum divaksin ya biar nggak terlalu rewel saat antri. Sekian, semoga bermanfaat ya. Baru kejadian siang tadi. Anakku ditolak imunisasi di posyandu karena cuma satu orang yang mau imunisasi campak.
Ya maunya di sosialisasikan jauh2 hari. Jangan pas hari H gini baru dibilang gak bisa buka obat untuk satu orang. Dari kader sampek bidan nya diem aja, dan cuma bilang ibu cari aja di posyandu lain yang lagi suntik campak, minta suntik sekalian disana. Dimana etika kalian.???

Saya mau imunisasi di posyandu juga karena menghargai ibu kepala desa yang membujuk, katanya biar data anak sehat mereka cukup. Tapi kok malah gini.??? The Summer Academies offer 9th-11th graders a three-week intensive, academically, and subject focused education.
Students take classes, attend outings, seminars, and social events which “fuse sophisticated scientific or social theory with relevant application” through six different research academies: Biomedical, Chemistry, Experimental Physics, Mathematics, Neuroscience, and Social Justice. The Young Scholars Program is for any 10th and 11th grader motivated to take an Ivy League education taught by faculty alongside other college students. This program is difficult and offers the best classes and access to the Penn library and resources with full college credit for those who earn it. The Pre-College Program is for residents only and similar to the Young Scholars Program. University of California – San Diego The University of California, San Diego is a large, public research institution. With over 200 degrees, six undergraduate colleges (following the concept of Oxford and Cambridge), five academic divisions, five graduate and professional schools, 34,000 students, and a campus over 2,000 acres, the University provides countless benefits and opportunities for a diverse population.
In fact, UCSD is a “Public Ivy” and premier research institution. Originally founded by a marine biologist, the first school was known as Scripps Institute of Oceanography until 1960. Some interesting points of distinction at UCSD are: Geisel Library, which contains the largest collection of the works of Dr. Gordon, one of the largest supercomputers in the world. And the Office of Research Affairs which oversees 20 multi-disciplinary units and an annual $1 billion for research.
In sum, it is clear that UCSD deserves the recognition as a top public university in rigor and research in the United States and world.
